One Decimal Reading

Print one line of output giving the declared city, a colon and a space, then the declared temperature shown with exactly one decimal place using the :0.1f format spec, then a space and the word degrees. Input: none; the values are fixed in the code.

Expected Output:

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
