Underline The Title
Read a title and print it, then on the next line print a row of dashes exactly as long as the title, made by multiplying '-' by len() of the title. Input: one line, the title, no prompt. The output is two lines.
Expected Output:
Weekly Report -------------
= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
