Drop Tables Safely

Remove the enrollments table from this database, and also remove a clubs table that exists on some copies of the database but not on this one. Write two DROP TABLE statements that run without an error whether or not each table is present, so use IF EXISTS on both. Afterwards neither enrollments nor clubs may exist.
