Second Page of Scholarship Holders

Students whose scholarship_amount is NULL have no scholarship and must be left out; an amount of 0 is still a real amount and stays in. Sort the remaining students by scholarship_amount from largest to smallest, breaking ties by last_name, and return rows 6 to 10 of that list as first_name, last_name and scholarship_amount.

Expected result:

+------------+-----------+--------------------+
| first_name | last_name | scholarship_amount |
+------------+-----------+--------------------+
| Charlotte | Dubois | 2000 |
| Mia | Haddad | 1500 |
| Abigail | Larsen | 1200 |
| Zoe | Campbell | 1000 |
| Harper | Singh | 1000 |
