Reddit Post Project Walk Through

We are going to build a small Reddit-style posting project. In this lesson, you will learn how to use JavaScript to work with DOM elements so you can create and remove posts directly on the page.

Make the files

Start by creating a new folder anywhere on your computer and open it in VS Code. Inside that folder, create three files that we will use for this project. Name them index.html, styles.css, and script.js. These files will hold the structure, the style, and the logic of your mini Reddit project.
