Dequeue An Element

Queues

The dequeue function removes and returns the front item of the queue.

If stack2 is empty, it calls the transferStack function to move all elements from stack1 to stack2. This ensures that the oldest element (front of the queue) is at the top of stack2. Then, the top element of stack2 is removed using stack2.pop() and returned as the front item.
