Define a Custom Exception

Define your own exception class NegativeNumberException that extends Exception and passes a message to the base constructor. Read an integer; if it is negative, throw new NegativeNumberException("value is negative"). Otherwise print OK: <n>. Catch your exception and print Caught: <message>. Use top-level statements, then declare the class after them.

Input 5 prints: OK: 5
Input -2 prints: Caught: value is negative

Expected Output:

OK: 5

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
