Rethrow With throw;

Read an integer n. In an inner try, throw a DivideByZeroException when n == 0, otherwise print 100 / n. The inner catch prints Inner: logging error and then rethrows the same exception with a bare throw;. The outer catch (Exception) prints Outer: handled. Use top-level statements with nested try/catch.
