Absolute Value Function

Complete absolute(num: int) -> int so it returns the number with any minus sign removed: a negative number comes back as its positive opposite and any other number comes back unchanged. Use an if / else rather than a built-in. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: one line, an integer, which the tests read and pass to your function before printing the value it returns.

Expected Output:

5

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
