Initials With Dots

Complete initials(first: str, last: str) -> str so it returns the first letter of each name with a full stop after each one, for example J.A. for Joseph Abate. Use indexing with [0] to pick the letters. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: two lines, a first name then a last name, which the tests read and pass to your function before printing the value it returns.
