Sum Up To N

Write the body of sum_to(limit: int) -> int so it returns the total of every whole number from 1 up to and including limit, adding them one at a time inside a while loop; a limit of 0 or less gives 0. Do not use a formula. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: one line, an integer, which the tests read and pass to your function before printing the value it returns.

Expected Output:

10

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
