Move Constructor and Move Assignment Operator
Lab 2We’ll now create the move constructor and move assignment operator for the ProteinDatabase class.
The purpose of these functions is to make our program faster and more efficient when temporary objects are used or when ownership of large data needs to be transferred between objects.
Unlike copy operations, a move does not create new memory or copy each value. Instead, it transfers ownership of the existing memory from one object to another. This saves a lot of time, especially when the object holds large arrays or complex data.
Both of these move operations leave the original object in a safe but empty state so that it can be destroyed later without causing errors.
