Movie2 Catalogue Search System - CPSC 2620

What is this assignment about?

This is part two of your movie catalogue system. In Part 1 (movie1.cpp), you used dynamic arrays and had to manually manage memory. In Part 2 (movie2.cpp), you're building the exact same program — but this time using vectors and tools from the C++ Standard Template Library (STL).

The logic is the same:

• Let the user enter movie titles and their release years

• Search for a title using both linear search and binary search

• Display whether the movie was found, what year it came out, and how many comparisons it took
