Updating a1_data_structures.h

The original a1_data_structures.h file was written for Assignment 1, where we used arrays to store routing information.

But in Assignment 2, we are now using linked lists, so we need to make some changes to our data structures so they work with the new linked list system.

Why do we need changes?

In Assignment 1, each rtable_t stored all its routes in an array of destination nodes like this:
